Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by WOW HOST INDIA ("we", "us", "our") through wowhost.in and client.wowhost.in. By placing an order or making a payment, you ("the client") agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce websites, domain registration, web hosting, SSL, business email setup and related services. The exact scope of each order is as described in the plan you choose or the quote we send you.

2. Quotes, pricing and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Offer and discount prices are valid for the period stated.
  • Work begins after we receive the payment or advance stated in your quote.
  • Payment can be made by UPI, GPay, PhonePe, bank transfer or the payment options shown at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes are charged as per law.

3. Client responsibilities

  • You must provide content (text, logo, images, product details) in time. Delays in content may extend the delivery date.
  • You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, all content you give us, and that it does not break any law or third-party rights.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times (3 to 25 days, depending on the plan) start once we have your payment and the required content. Each plan includes the number of revisions stated in it; extra changes may be charged separately.

5. Domain and hosting

  • Where a plan includes a free domain and hosting, this is for the first year only. Renewal is charged at the renewal price then applicable.
  • Domains are registered in the client's name where possible. Domain and hosting fees paid to third parties are non-refundable once registered or activated.
  • Hosting must not be used for illegal content, spam, malware or anything that breaks the host's usage policy. We may suspend such services.
  • If a renewal is not paid on time, the domain or hosting may expire and data may be lost. We are not responsible for loss caused by non-renewal.

6. Ownership

Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website design and the content they supplied. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences. We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any domain or hosting fees already paid to third parties.
  • Once design work has started, payments for work already done are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

8. Support and maintenance

Support included with a plan is limited to what the plan states. Further updates, new features or ongoing maintenance can be provided on a separate quote.

9. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep websites working and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search engine rankings or business results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
